Role Description The Shift Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area, responsible for overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts.



The role includes supervising team members, managing shift schedules, ensuring product quality and food safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet. The Shift Manager monitors customer service, resolves guest concerns, and supports upselling and promotional activities to meet sales and profitability targets. This role also involves cash handling, basic inventory checks, coordination with the kitchen and service teams, and adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. The Shift Manager is expected to lead by example, support training of new team members, and contribute to a positive, efficient, and inclusive work environment.
