Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chemical Plant Operator role based in Anklesvar. The Chemical Plant Operator will monitor and control chemical production equipment, including reactors, distillation units, and related utility systems, according to standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include measuring and loading raw materials, adjusting process parameters, recording batch data, and performing routine checks to ensure product quality and process safety.



The role involves following safety and environmental guidelines, assisting with basic equipment maintenance, reporting abnormalities to supervisors, and coordinating with quality and engineering teams to support smooth plant operations. The operator will also help with cleaning, housekeeping in the production area, and adherence to GMP and other applicable regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess core chemical process operation skills, including handling reactors, monitoring process parameters, and managing batch operations.
