Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer at Orators Academy – CCIP will design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on communication, soft skills, and life skills for diverse learner groups.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting interactive workshops, facilitating group activities, and providing individualized feedback to learners. The trainer will assess participant needs, create training materials, and track progress to ensure measurable improvement in confidence, presentation abilities, and interpersonal communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring consistent classroom presence, collaboration with the academy team, and active participation in curriculum enhancement and program evaluation.
