Role Description The General Surgeon at Healic will provide surgical care for a broad range of conditions, including pre-operative assessment, operative procedures, and post-operative management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, planning surgical interventions, performing surgeries, and coordinating multidisciplinary care with other specialists. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, adhering to evidence-based protocols,



participating in quality and safety initiatives, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and recovery. This is a full-time, in office role located in Agra, requiring active collaboration with medical, nursing, and allied health teams within the micro hospital setting.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine, including clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
Demonstrated proficiency in core Surgery, including general surgical procedures and perioperative care.
Exposure or experience in Orthopedic Surgery, particularly in managing common musculoskeletal conditions and trauma cases.
Exposure or experience in Plastic Surgery, including basic reconstructive techniques relevant to general surgical practice.
Exposure or experience in Ophthalmology, with the ability to collaborate on surgical cases requiring eye-related interventions.
