Role Description The Sales and Operations Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth, effective operational processes. This role oversees end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, qualification, customer consultations, and closing deals across retail, gig, and fleet segments. The manager coordinates vehicle sourcing, certification, delivery,



and aftersales workflows, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to maintain service quality and operational reliability. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines and forecasts, monitoring key performance metrics, optimizing processes and tools, and improving customer experience across ownership, rental, and leasing programs. The role also involves hiring and guiding team members, implementing best practices, and contributing to strategic decisions that support scale and sustainability.
Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing in B2C or B2B environments.
Operations management capabilities such as process optimization, vendor coordination, and workflow implementation.
Customer relationship and account management skills, with experience in delivering high-quality service and support.
