Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Skoda Elysian Automobile Kashmir in Srinagar. The Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of the sales department, including managing the sales team, monitoring performance targets,



and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales goals. This role involves guiding and coaching sales consultants, conducting sales meetings, and supporting them in closing deals and handling complex customer negotiations. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing local sales strategies, tracking market trends, and coordinating promotional activities with management to drive showroom traffic. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing leads, ensuring timely follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing test drives and vehicle deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with service and finance teams to provide a smooth customer experience. The role also requires preparing regular sales reports, maintaining compliance with brand standards, and representing the dealership in interactions with Škoda’s regional representatives.
