Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work full time on-site in Gomti nagar, Lucknow, guiding prospective students and families through the end-to-end admissions and career decision process. Responsibilities include advising on suitable colleges and courses, explaining eligibility criteria, admission processes, fees, and scholarship opportunities,



and helping applicants understand entrance exams and application timelines. The role involves conducting counselling sessions in person and over phone or digital channels, maintaining accurate student records, and following up on inquiries to ensure timely support. The Admission Counsellor will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on institutional data and policies, contribute to outreach activities, and uphold a student-centric, ethical counselling approach.
Qualifications
Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student goals and recommend appropriate academic and career pathways.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
