Google Ads Manager - 3+ Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for businesses.

Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
Conduct keyword research and build well-structured campaigns based on search intent.
Write and test high-converting ad copy.
Monitor and optimize budgets, bids, keywords, search terms, and audiences.
Improve key metrics including CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL, and ROAS.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Analyze Search Terms Reports and regularly add negative keywords.
Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategies to improve results.
Prepare clear performance reports and communicate campaign insights.
Manage multiple client accounts while meeting performance targets and deadlines.




Stay updated with Google Ads policies, platform changes, and new features.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven Google Ads experience.
Strong experience managing lead generation campaigns, preferably for local/service-based businesses.
Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structure, keyword match types, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and conversion optimization.
Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
Experience managing meaningful monthly advertising budgets.
Robust attention to detail and ability to identify wasted ad spend.
Good written English and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Local Services Ads.
Experience with call tracking and call-based campaigns.
Landing page and conversion rate optimization knowledge.
