I’m currently looking for a long-term Co-Founder to join me in building and scaling OneMind Solutions Private Limited.
This is not a salaried job. It is an equity-based founding opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to build a business from the ground up.

Someone who is:
Entrepreneurial and highly driven
Comfortable taking ownership
Solid in communication, sales & networking
Able to work independently and make decisions
Interested in technology/startups
Looking for a long-term partnership, not just a job
Startup, IT, SaaS, fintech,
sales or business development experience will be a plus.
? Equity Opportunity
There will be no fixed salary initially.
The proposed structure is up to 5% equity after 5 years of continuous contribution and association, subject to performance, mutually agreed milestones and a formal legal/shareholders agreement.
The objective is simple: build together, grow together and share the long-term value created.
