Role Description The Associate Creative Director is a full-time role responsible for leading concept development and execution across branding, campaigns, and design projects. This hybrid role is based in Noida, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding creative direction, developing creative strategies, overseeing art direction, and ensuring visual consistency across all deliverables.



The Associate Creative Director will supervise and mentor designers, review and refine graphic design work, and present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients. The role also involves collaborating with account, marketing, and production teams to align creative output with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications
Ability to provide strong Creative Direction and develop effective Creative Strategy for brand and campaign initiatives.
Experience in Branding, including brand identity development, visual systems, and consistent brand application across multiple touchpoints.
Proficiency in Art Direction, guiding visual concepts, layouts, and overall aesthetic for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
Advanced Graphic Design skills, including expertise with industry-standard design tools and creating production-ready assets.
