Role Description The Regional Business Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for driving business growth and operational performance within the assigned region. This role oversees branch and sales teams, sets regional targets, and ensures achievement of loan disbursement and revenue objectives in line with company strategy.



The Regional Business Head will manage key relationships with partner financial institutions, local stakeholders, and corporate teams to expand market presence and enhance client service quality. Daily responsibilities include monitoring regional performance metrics, guiding team members, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. The role also involves identifying recent business opportunities, executing regional marketing initiatives, and implementing process improvements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Proven leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising regional or multi-branch operations.
Strong business development and sales management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Solid understanding of retail lending, mortgage products, and loan advisory
