Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area with some flexibility for work from home.



The specialist will identify and develop recent business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote Korutech’s cutting tools and carbide insert solutions to clients across manufacturing and engineering sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client visits and product presentations, coordinating with distributors, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads to meet revenue targets. The role will also involve supporting marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach to increase brand visibility and market penetration. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements, provide basic product training, and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
