Role Description Real Estate Sales Professionals at VISCO India play a key role in promoting and closing real estate transactions while maintaining solid client relationships. In this full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, team members will identify potential clients, present property options, conduct site visits, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.



Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, coordinating with property management and leasing teams, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Sales professionals will also monitor market trends, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure a positive experience and repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, including ability to manage end-to-end real estate transactions and close deals effectively.
Client relationship management and customer service skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Knowledge of local real estate markets, property management processes, and basic financial concepts related to ROI and investment.
