Sales Development Representative

Remote Worldwide | Full-Time | U.S. B2B Cold Calling
$12,000–$16,000 USD base | ~$17,000–$22,000 target OTE

Helpline Software provides mission-critical technology for 24/7 hotlines, emergency lines, and after-hours operations. We are hiring an SDR who can reach U.S. decision-makers, have intelligent conversations, discover how their current process works, and create genuinely qualified opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Spend several hours each day personally cold-calling U.S. businesses
- Speak with owners, executives, Operations and Customer Service leaders
- Navigate gatekeepers and objections
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions rather than reading a script
- Qualify pain, fit, urgency, decision ownership, and timing
- Book meetings only when there is a real reason to continue the conversation
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up
- Review your calls, receive direct coaching, and apply feedback quickly




- Help improve our targeting and messaging based on what you hear in the market
We're Looking For

You should have 2+ years of meaningful experience personally cold-calling U.S. businesses.

We especially want someone who can tell us:
- What you sold
- Which U.S. businesses and buyer titles you called
- Approximately how many calls you personally made per day
- Approximately how many qualified meetings you generated
- What you learned from actual calls that caused you to change your approach

Experience primarily in B2C calling, customer service, inbound sales, real-estate seller leads, patients, or warm appointment setting is not equivalent experience for this role.

Excellent spoken English is required. You do not need an American accent.
Hours

You must reliably work our core U.S. calling window:

8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Central Time

Most of this period is active calling.
