Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and video to drive qualified traffic, leads,



and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad accounts, setting up and monitoring campaigns, performing A/B tests, tracking performance metrics, and refining targeting, creatives, and budgets based on analytics insights. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives, messaging, and brand guidelines. The Performance Marketer will also contribute to reporting, forecasting, and continuous experimentation to scale growth efficiently.
Qualifications

Experience in performance marketing across channels such as paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn), display, and remarketing, with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
