Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.




- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions professionally.
- Support employer branding, brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives through social media.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
