ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a self-driven marketing intern who can own our LinkedIn and Instagram presence from day one. This is not a role where you'll be handed a task list — you'll be expected to observe what we do, understand who we're speaking to, and figure out how to tell that story compellingly on social media. If you need to be told what to post every morning, this isn't for you.
You'll be working directly with the founding team at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the hospitality learning space. The exposure is real, the work is real, and so is the accountability.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Plan, write, and publish content on LinkedIn and Instagram independently
Develop a content calendar aligned with our sales and business development activity
Identify content angles from meetings, proposals, client wins, and industry news — without being briefed on each one
Track engagement metrics and iterate based on what's working
Research competitors and industry trends to keep our content sharp and relevant
Suggest and test new formats — reels, carousels, thought leadership posts, etc.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Robust written English — you know how to write for a professional B2B audience without sounding corporate and dull
Genuine understanding of what makes content perform on LinkedIn vs. Instagram
High initiative — you spot an opportunity and act on it, rather than waiting for instructions
Comfortable with design basics (Canva is fine) to produce clean, on-brand visuals
Interest in SaaS, hospitality, edtech, or B2B marketing is a strong plus
Available for at least 20 hours per week across the 3-month duration
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Hands-on experience running social media for a real B2B company — not simulations
Direct mentorship from the founding team
A strong reference letter and LinkedIn recommendation upon successful completion
The kind of portfolio material that actually shows initiative, not just execution
