Must-Have

Windows Autopilot
Compliance policy and Device configuration profile
Azure AD, Intune Apps, Security, Powershell
JAMF an MAC device management
Mobile Device Management

Positive-to-Have
Implement and maintain endpoint security policies (BitLocker, Defender, etc.).
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Experience with Windows 10/11 device management,



configuration profiles, and security baselines.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).

Provide Level 2/3 support for Intune and Autopilot-related incidents.

Experience with packaging and deploying Win32 apps in Intune will be an added advantage.
4
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
5
Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
