Role Description The Social Media Manager (Unpaid) will be responsible for managing and growing Grownex’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Hyderabad Area involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing channels for engagement and reach.



Daily tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with the creative and strategy teams, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a professional and timely manner. The Social Media Manager will also stay updated on platform trends, propose new ideas to enhance brand visibility, and support broader digital marketing and branding initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth agency environment with exposure to diverse brands and campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and grow brand presence.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
