Job Summary
The person will be responsible for accounting, tax and related compliance for Taj Hotel, Vikhroli, Godrej Two and other Vikhroli Assets. The person will also support to corporate finance team for preparation of standalone and consolidated financial, MIS, various statutory compliance, driving automation and related activities.
This will include coordination with operation team and various departments to gathered requisite information and provide necessary support and guidance, coordination with internal and statutory auditors and resolve their queries, ensure compliance under various statues, rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AR, AP, and general ledger for hotel and Vikhroli assets.
Coordinate with hotel operations for seamless execution of accounting activities.
Oversee inventory, fixed assets accounting, and budgetary control processes.
Conduct trial balance review, ledger scrutiny, and pass necessary closing and adjustment entries.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and ensure adherence to accounting policies and notes.
Support corporate team in MIS reporting and quarterly/annual financial closures.
