Role Description :
We’re looking for a self-motivated, growth-minded Community Manager Intern to help us grow and engage the Tamil community on Arré Voice.
You’ll work closely with Tamil creators, onboard new users, drive engagement, and come up with ideas to grow the community.
What you'll do :




Help onboard and engage Tamil creators and users.
Reach out to creators and build strong community relationships.
Run small campaigns, challenges and community activities.
Track basic growth numbers and work towards targets.
Come up with new ideas to improve creator activity and community growth.
What we are looking for :
Growth-minded and self-motivated — you take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
Strong Tamil communication skills.
Good communication and people skills.
Comfortable with outreach, targets and talking to creators.
Active on social media and aware of Tamil trends, creators and internet culture.
Willing to experiment, learn and take ownership.
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience welcome.
