Must-Have
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
- Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle design.
- Experience designing Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem‑solving, documentation, and planning skills.

Positive-to-Have
- Knowledge of SecOps, ITOM, or ITAM modules.
- Experience with MID Server, Orchestration, and third‑party integrations.
- Basic JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python scripting skills.
- Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes.




Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role
- Provide expert-level Tier 3 support for complex ServiceNow issues while mentoring junior members.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and implement solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, Catalog).
- Lead and manage a team of 5 ServiceNow consultants.
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery including design, planning, and release activities.
- Ensure platform governance, documentation, and standardized operational processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
