Shlokh Advertising is looking for an experienced, result-oriented Business Development Manager to acquire new clients, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.
⭐ Priority Requirement
Candidates must have a solid client network across the Telugu states—Andhra Pradesh and Telangana—especially in major cities such as Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Tirupati, Warangal, and other key business markets.
Preference will be given to candidates who can leverage their existing network to generate qualified leads, secure client meetings, and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new business and partnership opportunities
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
• Build relationships with corporate, government, PSU, institutional, and private-sector clients
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitches
• Maintain existing client relationships and generate repeat business




• Negotiate commercial terms and close projects
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports
• Coordinate with creative and production teams for successful project execution
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Business development experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or a production agency
• Strong understanding of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana business markets
• Established client network across major major cities in both Telugu states
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business conversion
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, corporate films, and content production
• Strategic, self-driven, focused, and goa
