We’re Hiring: Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead
We are now strengthening our sales operations and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead based in Pune, India, who can build, develop and lead a high-performing sales team while supporting Studio52's continued international growth.

We are looking for a strong Sales Manager who believes that excellent sales leadership is not only about personal targets, but about building, developing and leading a high-performing sales team.




The right person will take ownership of the overall growth and performance of the sales department — coaching team members, monitoring performance, supporting them in closing opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and develop the sales team
Set clear individual and departmental sales targets
Monitor pipelines, activities, conversions and revenue performance
Coach team members on prospecting, meetings, negotiations and closing
Support the team on important opportunities without taking ownership away from them
Identify weaknesses and provide training, guidance and corrective action
Recognise and reward strong performance
Address consistent underperformance professionally and firmly
Build a healthy, competitive and collaborative sales culture
Improve sales processes, reporting and accountability
Work closely with management and marketi
