Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role involves guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining course offerings, eligibility, and career pathways. The counselor will manage application workflows, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM or database. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with trainers and internal teams to align student interests with suitable programs, organizing information sessions.



The role also requires meeting enrollment targets, providing excellent candidate support, and ensuring a positive and inclusive admissions experience for all applicants.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments ethically, meet admission targets, and promote suitable programs.
Candidates should possess Education-related skills or experience, such as academic counseling, student guidance, or familiarity with skill-based training programs.
