Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and growing client relationships across Atom’s integrated financial services offerings. This role involves understanding each client’s goals and risk profile, coordinating with internal specialists to deliver tailored wealth,



investment, insurance, and legacy solutions, and ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting proposals, monitoring portfolios and product performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the client’s overall financial position. The Relationship Manager will also maintain accurate records, support compliance and documentation requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, coordinated experiences. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, robust follow-through, and a commitment to building long-term trust.
