Role Description The Shopify Account Manager is a full time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing client Shopify stores to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience. This role includes overseeing store setup and configuration, coordinating product listings, pricing, and promotions, and ensuring SEO and conversion best practices are implemented.



The Shopify Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business goals into actionable strategies, monitoring performance dashboards and analytics, and providing regular insights and reports. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal teams such as design, development, and performance marketing to launch campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that align with each client’s growth objectives.
Qualifications

Strong Shopify platform expertise, including store management, theme configuration, app integrations, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Experience in e-commerce optimization, including product merchandising, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey enhancement.
Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as SEO, PPC, and performance marketing, with the ability to interpret analytics and make data-driven decisions.
