The Opportunity
We are looking for a GTM Growth & Automation Lead to bring neonVest's growth and outbound engine fully in-house.

We are currently using an external agency and are looking for an exceptional internal operator who can build, own and continuously improve the entire GTM engine.




This is not a traditional SDR role.
It is not simply a marketing role.
And it is not a management position where you delegate the work to others.

You will be the person building and operating the machine.
You will own the process from:

Smart Lead Generation → Data Enrichment → AI Research → Outreach → Multi-Sequence Campaigns → CRM → A/B Testing → Analytics → Qualified Opportunities → New Client Sign-Ups
You should be someone who is excited about the rapid evolution of AI and believes that the best GTM organizations of the future will be increasingly automated, intelligent and data-driven.
