About the Role : Tutors Parliament is looking for a curious, analytical and execution-oriented Growth Marketing Intern to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real growth challenges across Customer Acquisition, Performance Marketing, GTM, Marketing Analytics, Funnel Optimization and Growth Experiments in a growing EdTech startup.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Support customer acquisition strategies for students, parents and tutors

• Analyse the complete funnel from lead generation → enquiry → conversion → enrollment

• Assist in planning and executing growth experiments across digital channels

• Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid acquisition campaigns

• Track metrics such as CAC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS and retention





• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities

• Identify customer journey drop-offs and recommend conversion improvements

• Develop and test landing pages, campaigns, offers and communication strategies

• Support GTM initiatives for recent services, courses and learning offerings

• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Sales and Operations teams on growth projects

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

• Students or recent graduates pursuing Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field

• Strong interest in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing and GTM

• Analytical mindset with an interest in numbers and customer behaviour

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
