Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Equipment Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, to promote and sell medical equipment solutions. The Medical Equipment Sales Executive will conduct product demonstrations, explain technical features and clinical benefits, prepare proposals, and manage contract negotiations in coordination with internal teams. The position requires maintaining a robust sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and providing ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships. The executive will collaborate closely with marketing and consulting teams to align sales activities with broader business strategies and market insights.
Qualifications

Proficiency in medical equipment sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in healthcare settings.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders such as doctors, administrators,



and procurement teams.
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and basic clinical concepts to effectively communicate product value and usage.
Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical information clearly.
Experience with sales planning, territory management, and use of CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Ability to work in office, travel locally as needed within Bengaluru and surrounding regions, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, healthcare management, business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions sales is highly beneficial; consulting or hospital liaison experience is an advantage.
