About VictorFlow
We are a web design and development team working exclusively in Webflow and Framer. We act as the outsourced web team for SaaS and software companies across the US, UK and Europe. Our clients are marketing and growth teams whose websites change every week: campaign landing pages, pricing tests, product page updates, CMS and blog work, migrations, performance fixes.

Most of our revenue comes from monthly retainers rather than one off builds. That is the part of the business we are growing, and that is what this role sells.

What you will actually do
You will find SaaS and software companies that already have a website problem, start a conversation with the right person inside that company, qualify them properly, and hand a warm, well briefed prospect to the founder to close. As you learn the offer, you will start closing smaller retainers yourself.

You do not need to write code. You do need to be able to open a prospect's website, see what is broken or missing, and explain it to a Head of Marketing in language they care about.
