Position: Sales Promoter

Location: Gurgaon

- SS Plaza
- Worldmark, Sector 65

? Working Hours

Option 1: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- Option 2: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Any one day between Monday to Friday

? Roles & Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell Satv Dairy’s premium dairy and superfood products to customers.
2. Actively approach customers and initiate conversations about our products.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
4. Explain product features, benefits, quality, and USPs effectively.
5. Convince customers and convert product enquiries into sales.
6. Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.
7. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
8. Ensure proper product display, availability, and cleanliness at the assigned store.
9.



Monitor customer feedback and communicate it to the reporting manager.
10. Maintain accurate sales and stock-related information as required.

- Confident and outspoken personality
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable approaching customers proactively
- Robust convincing and selling ability
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Target-oriented and energetic
- Ability to explain products clearly
- Prior experience in retail sales, FMCG, food, dairy, or promoter roles will be an advantage.
