Key Responsibilities

· Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential leads or handling incoming inquiries to sell herbal medicines, health checkups, or wellness products.

· Product Promotion & Education: Explaining the health advantages, ingredients, and usage of Ayurvedic/herbal products (e.g., for lifestyle disorders, immunity, or skincare).

· Sales Conversion: Converting inquiries and leads into successful sales to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

· Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, answering queries professionally, and maintaining long-term relationships.

· Data Maintenance: Accurately updating CRM systems with call records, customer information, and follow-up data.

· Follow-ups: Re-contacting interested leads to close sales.
