Job Purpose

To ensure all utility, MEP, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, and facility equipment are maintained in secure, reliable, and operational condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain building electrical, fire & safety, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems as per SOPs and standards.
- Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facility services.
- Check fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, hydrants, emergency lighting, electrical systems, and safety equipment.
- Identify and rectify plumbing leakages, blockages, valve issues, and kitchen equipment problems.
- Monitor temperature of areas and equipment and ensure compliance with defined standards.
- Maintain maintenance tools, inventory, records, and PPM schedules.
- Visually inspect equipment for abnormalities, overheating, dust, or other potential issues and take corrective action.
- Support the supervisor in identifying and coordinating with local vendors for fire safety, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
