Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning and Optimization:

· Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, ensuring adequate availability of spare parts while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

· Conduct regular demand forecasting and analysis to anticipate inventory needs and prevent stockouts.

2. Supplier Management:

· Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for spare parts, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

· Collaborate with vendors to establish efficient order and delivery processes, and maintain strong relationships to address any supply chain issues.

3. Inventory Tracking and Reporting:

· Implement and maintain an effective inventory tracking system to monitor stock levels, usage patterns, and replenishment requirements.

· Generate regular reports on inventory performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Reporting to Financial Team as per daily wise.

4. Quality Control:

· Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that spare parts meet required quality standards and specifications.

· Implement measures to address and rectify any quality issues with spare parts in a timely manner.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with maintenance, production,



and other relevant departments to understand their spare parts needs and ensure that inventory levels align with operational requirements.

· Coordinate with finance and budgeting teams to manage costs and optimize the allocation of resources.

6. Continuous Improvement:

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in spare parts inventory management.

· Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve inventory control processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (X years) in inventory management, with a focus on spare parts in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Robust understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory control methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
