Job Description – AI Content & Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role - We are looking for a highly creative, tech-savvy and result-oriented AI Content & Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can use AI tools to create high-quality content, creatives, videos and campaigns, while also understanding social media algorithms, audience behaviour, brand building and digital growth.

This is a hands-on execution role — we are looking for someone who can ideate, create, publish, analyse and continuously improve content rather than simply coordinate with agencies or freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Content Creation

- Use AI tools to generate innovative content ideas, concepts, captions, posts and campaigns.
- Create content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour to identify new content opportunities.
- Develop engaging storytelling and brand-focused content.

2. Creative & Graphic Content

- Use AI and design tools to create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, banners, ad creatives and promotional content.
- Generate and edit images using AI-based creative tools.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Continuously experiment with recent AI tools and creative formats.

3. Video Content & Reels

- Develop concepts and scripts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, promotional videos and UGC-style content.
- Use AI tools for video generation, editing, voiceovers, subtitles, animations and other production requirements.
- Identify trending formats, hooks, sounds and content styles.
- Create content designed specifically for reach, engagement, leads and conversions.

4. Social Media Management

- Take complete ownership of day-to-day social media operations.
- Manage posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, thumbnails and content distribution.
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor comments,



DMs, engagement and audience interactions.
- Build strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and organic growth.
- Track social media performance and continuously optimise the content strategy.

5. Social Media Growth

- Develop and execute strategies to grow social media accounts organically.
- Increase followers through consistent, high-quality and engaging content.
- Identify viral content opportunities and trending topics.
- Analyse insights and identify what type of content performs best.
- Experiment with different hooks, formats, creatives and posting strategies.

6. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create campaign concepts, ad creatives, copy and video scripts.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Understand basic Meta Ads, Google Ads and campaign performance metrics.
- Analyse campaign results and suggest creative improvements.

7. PR & Brand Building

- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Identify relevant media, publications, influencers and industry opportunities.
- Develop PR content, press releases, founder stories and brand communication.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media houses and external partners when required.
- Identify opportunities for awards, interviews, podcasts, collaborations and media coverage.

8. Analytics & Reporting

- Track social media growth, reach, engagement, followers, leads and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyse content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions about future content and campaigns.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Ability to write engaging video scripts and hooks
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools
- Knowledge of AI image and video generation tools
- Basic graphic design skills

AI Tools – Important

The candidate should be comfortable using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs or similar tools.

You do not need to know every tool, but you must be willing and capable of learning and experimenting with new AI tools quickly.
