Role Overview: As an Education Counsellor, you will provide professional admission guidance to prospective students and parents. You will understand their academic goals, recommend suitable colleges and programs, and guide them throughout the admission process—from the initial enquiry to successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional admission guidance to prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students on colleges, courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable colleges and programs based on their goals and eligibility.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through timely follow-ups and personalized counselling.
- Manage the complete admission journey, including application assistance, documentation, and enrolment support.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems on a regular basis.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Consistently achieve individual counselling, conversion, and admission targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Strong counselling, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping students.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
