Job Summary

Best Properties is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Pre Sales to lead and mentor the pre-sales team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with proven experience in leading a pre-sales team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Pre Sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Assign leads effectively and monitor lead conversion activities.
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Prepare and review daily MIS reports, team productivity reports, and lead status updates.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing appointments for the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and lead conversion.




- Ensure CRM is updated accurately with customer interactions and lead status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Pre Sales/Telecalling within the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience leading and managing a Pre Sales or Telecalling team.
- Solid leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze reports, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong understanding of lead management and customer engagement processes.
