Job Title: Solar Installer (Rooftop Solar Installation)
Location: Delhi (and surrounding areas) — travel to client sites required

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and wiring on rooftop systems.
- Read site layouts, single-line diagrams, and installation manuals.
- Perform DC/AC cable routing, crimping, and termination; ensure proper earthing/grounding.
- Mount modules and align panels for maximum generation; achieve secure, weatherproof fastening.
- Commission systems: check voltages, currents, MPPT operation, and inverter settings.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance (e.g., string faults, inverter alarms).
- Follow safety procedures (use PPE, fall protection, ladder safety, lockout/tagout).
- Coordinate with site supervisors, electricians, and customers; maintain good communication.
- Maintain tools and equipment; keep site clean and document installation progress.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 Months – 3 years experience in rooftop solar installation, electrical work,
or related field.
- Basic electrical knowledge (AC/DC systems, earthing, circuit protection).
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Able to use hand tools, power tools, multimeter, clamp meter.
- Valid electrical license or wireman certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift panels and equipment safely.
- Positive communication skills and customer-facing attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with common inverters (e.g., SMA, Fronius, Huawei, Growatt) and mounting systems.
- Ability to read PV layout drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of solar monitoring platforms and commissioning apps.
- Experience with battery (Li-ion or lead-acid) systems and hybrid inverters.
