We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team in Vasai. You will be responsible for calling business clients, explaining our machinery products, and generating quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective industrial and business clients.
- Lead Generation: Explain our machinery products and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain clear and accurate records of client details and call status in Excel.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with existing leads to build solid customer relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Experience in B2B or industrial sales is a plus, but freshers can apply).
- Languages: Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Excel.
