We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident, and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team.

- Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial requirements.
- Provide accurate information about admission and visa requirements.
- Guide students through the complete application and visa process.
- Assist with documentation, application preparation, and submission.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable study options.
- Follow up with students regarding applications, documents, and visa processes.
- Coordinate with admission and visa processing teams.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM/Excel.
- Stay updated on university requirements, visa policies, and immigration procedures.




- Handle student and parent queries professionally.
- Achieve counselling, application, and conversion targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Study Abroad Counsellor.
- Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and New Zealand.
- Strong knowledge of admission and visa documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle students and parents effectively.
