1. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and assist them with orders.
2. Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
3. Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
5. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
6. Pack customer orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
7. Refill stock, ingredients, and packaging materials as required.
8. Check product quality, freshness, and expiry dates regularly.
9. Assist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveries.
10. Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
11. Resolve basic customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
12. Work effectively as a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
13. Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain a neat, qualified appearance.
14. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
15. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
