### Key Responsibilities:

Preferably She should be fluent in KANNADA language.

- Making outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products and/or services.

- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.

- Providing detailed information about products/services to customers as per the script and training provided.

- Understanding customer requirements and closing sales or setting up appointments for further discussion.

- Managing and updating customer databases with notes of each call.

- Achieving weekly or monthly sales targets as specified by the organization.

- Handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

- Keeping records of calls and sales and noting helpful information.

- Continuously learning about products/services to improve knowledge and performance.
