We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business across Amazon India, Amazon International, Flipkart, eBay and other e-commerce platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, eBay & Amazon International accounts.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords and backend search terms.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace seller panels.
- Handle orders, inventory, pricing, shipping and returns.
- Monitor product ranking, sales, traffic, conversion and account performance.
- Manage Amazon Ads / Sponsored Products and marketplace promotions.
- Handle customer messages, feedback, reviews and complaints professionally.
- Identify listing errors, suppressed listings and account health issues and resolve them.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely order processing.
- Manage international marketplace orders and shipping documentation.
- Research competitors, pricing and current product opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.

Ensure marketplace policies and compliance requirements are followed.
