Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician / Plumber / Appliance Technician to handle maintenance and repair work across our PG properties. The technician will be responsible for attending tenant complaints, preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and home appliances.

- Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical WorkAttend electrical complaints at PG properties.
- Repair switches, sockets, MCBs, wiring, lights, fans and other electrical fittings.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults and short-circuit issues.
- Install and replace electrical equipment and fittings.
- Check geysers, exhaust fans, induction points and other electrical appliances.
- Ensure electrical work is carried out safely.
- Plumbing WorkRepair water leakage, taps, pipes, valves and drainage issues.
- Attend bathroom and kitchen plumbing complaints.
- Repair or replace flush tanks, shower fittings and water connections.
- Check water supply and drainage systems.
- Handle emergency plumbing complaints.
- Refrigerator / Washing MachineDiagnose and repair common refrigerator and washing machine problems.
- Attend complaints related to cooling, drainage, vibration, water leakage, noise and electrical faults.
- Replace defective components where required.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with authorised service centres for major repairs.
- Air Conditioner (AC)Attend AC cooling and operational complaints.
- Perform basic AC servicing and maintenance.
- Check filters,



drainage, electrical connections and refrigerant-related issues.
- Identify gas leakage and cooling problems.
- Carry out installation/uninstallation and minor repairs where qualified.
- Coordinate with AC suppliers/service centres for major repairs.
- PG Maintenance ResponsibilitiesAttend daily maintenance complaints from multiple PG properties.
- Visit flats as per assigned schedule.
- Complete work within the required turnaround time.
- Update the maintenance team regarding completed and pending complaints.
- Maintain basic records of spare parts and materials used.
- Coordinate with caretakers, tenants and management.
- Handle emergency maintenance calls when required.
- Required SkillsPractical experience in electrical and plumbing work.
- Knowledge of refrigerator, washing machine and AC maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot faults independently.
- Good communication and tenant-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel between PG properties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Qualification & ExperienceITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical experience may also be considered.
