Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to walk-in, phone, and online enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Arrange test drives and conduct vehicle demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate finance, insurance, registration, and vehicle delivery.
- Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements:
