- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, inventory, sales, and operations.
- Maintain and update Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Monitor jewellery inventory, stock movement, inward and outward transactions.
- Prepare reports for raw materials, finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP), and wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Finance teams for accurate data.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reconciliation of inventory and production records.
- Track production orders, job work, stock transfers, and pending orders.
- Generate reports on daily production, productivity, stock status, and order status.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support management by providing analytical reports and business insights.
- Develop and improve MIS formats, dashboards, and reporting processes as required.
- Maintain proper records of gold/silver jewellery inventory and related transactions.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure timely submission of all assigned reports.
