- Source Home Loan business through open market activities.
- Generate leads through builders, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
- Guide customers through the home loan application process and ensure timely documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for login, processing, sanction, and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market mapping and identify current business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services sales.
- Experience in sourcing business through open market, builders, DSAs, and channel partners is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
