? Hiring: Senior Operations Manager – Plastic Pyrolysis Plant

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take complete ownership of operations at our Plastic Pyrolysis Unit in Khopoli, near Navi Mumbai.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Chemical Engineer with strong plant operations experience who can independently manage and optimise the entire plant ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end plant operations and production management
- Managing raw material procurement, inventory & supply chain
- Labour and manpower management
- Production planning and execution
- Process optimisation and improving plant efficiency
- Quality, safety and compliance management
- Preventive maintenance coordination
- Vendor and logistics management
- Monitoring plant KPIs, costs and operational performance
- Identifying and implementing improvements across operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Chemical Engineering degree preferred




- Experience in chemical processing / pyrolysis / waste management / manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of industrial plant operations
- Ability to independently manage people, processes and vendors
- Solid problem-solving and execution skills
- Willingness to relocate to Khopoli and work closely with the plant
