We are looking for a CCTV Technician to handle installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of CCTV systems and Face Recognition Attendance Devices at client locations.

The candidate will be responsible for onsite installation and service activities and coordinating with the operations team for timely completion of assigned jobs.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Install and configure Face Recognition / Face Attendance Devices.
- Perform CCTV camera mounting, cabling, termination, testing, and commissioning.
- Configure DVR/NVR, IP cameras, storage, recording, and basic system settings.
- Configure remote viewing/mobile applications for clients.
- Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, network, connectivity, and recording-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Face Recognition Attendance Devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown/service visits.
- Identify faulty cameras, cables, power supplies, storage devices, and other equipment.
- Replace or repair defective equipment as required.
- Check LAN/network connectivity for IP CCTV systems.




- Coordinate with the office/operations team and provide regular job updates.
- Submit installation/service reports and site photographs after completing work.
- Maintain proper tools and equipment required for field service.
- Follow safety procedures while working at client locations.
- Travel to different client locations as required for installation and service work.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR and IP CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, IP addresses, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of CCTV cabling, RJ45 termination, testing, and basic configuration.
- Basic knowledge of Face Recognition / Biometric Attendance Devices.
- Ability to configure mobile/remote CCTV viewing.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at client locations.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.
